Leonardtown Volunteer Rescue Squad members were recently invited to Trooper 7's Hanger to have a tour of the building and learn about the role of Maryland State Police Troopers. The on-duty medics and pilots discussed the capabilities of the helicopter which includes Search and Rescue, Medevacs, and more, and also reviewed the equipment on board the Helicopter. Trooper 7 is utilized all over the Southern Maryland Region and is one of seven MSP helicopters. A big thank you to MSP Aviation Command for letting our members attend!
