At Approximately 0725 Units from Leonardtown were dispatched for an Overturned Cement Truck in the first due at Budds Creek Rd and Point Lookout Rd. Units from Co.19 arrived on scene reporting a single cement truck overturned with a single operator who self-extricated. A197C transported a single patient with minor injuries to a local hospital.
