The first Prebasic training was held on Saturday, February 23, 2019. Chief Kevin Steckowski and Larry Ludwig carried out the training for 3 new members, Melissa Morris, Roy Morris and Kelly Steckowski. The training lasted for 2 hours, and all participants were very pleased with the results. The point of the training is to prepare new members for ambulance runs, so they can contribute to the health and safety of the patient. Although all were pleased with the results, we also took notes on some items that we will change and be added. Thanks to everyone who added their advice and counsel in the building of the training plan. For any probationary members, if you want to take the training, call Kevin or Larry.
Kevin and Larry did a well planned instructional class and both have a lot of knowledge. This is a great tool not only for us New members but also could be a refresher class. Very pleased with the outcome and looking forward to be with a great Team!
